Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

The crew would remove all exterior and existing layers of shingles and replace any rotted or delaminated wood. Then all three Klaus Roofing System underlayments, such as the Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield, Sealoron Deck Tape, and the Velora One Synthetic Underlayment, would be installed to protect the roof during all seasons. Klaus utilizes metal drip and rake edging on the eaves, and these would be install before adding the IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles, which the homeowner chose in Granite Black. Then the chimney would be flashed with copper and the roof vents and attic fans would be adjusted or replaced. Klaus Roofing by Triple H installed a new roof in Kings Park, NY. Part of the process of replacing the roof is also replacing the plumbing boots. Typically, the plumbing vent pipes that are peeking out of a roof are sealed with an old-fashioned rubber gasket. These gaskets deteriorate when exposed to the sun and high temperatures.  The Perma-Boot we use is a gasket-less, high performance boot system designed to permanently repair or prevent the common leaks that happen around the vent pipes.
