Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This homeowner from Manhasset contacted Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H with concerns about his roof.  After a careful inspection it was clear this roof needed to be replaced. Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H removed the existing roofing, replaced rotted or damaged wood with cdx plywood. Then installed ice and water shield, tapped all seams of plywood, installed new drip and rake metal. We also installed new vent pipe flashings. Finally new architectural lifetime shingles were installed. This customer will enjoy their new roof for many years to come!

Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H was invited to evaluate a roof in Freeport, NY. This roof was very old. Our team arrived on time and prepared as always. After ripping the roof down to the wood, the team could see how rotted the board were.  We had to replace all the damaged boards before moving on with the project. After the boards were removed and replaced Sealoron XT deck tape was put on all the seams. Then we installed IKO GoldShield Ice and Water Shield 6 feet on all drip edges, walls, chimneys, and valleys. Next, we installed IKO RoofGard Cool Grey synthetic underlayment on balance of wood 11. Finally, we installed new IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles were installed. The customer was thrilled with the appearance of her knew roof and the 50 Year Warranty!

A homeowner from Freeport, NY inquired about a roof inspection for the 20 year old roof on a Colonial home. A previous leak was repaired, and the homeowner was told to purchase a new roof. Klaus inspector Bill visited the home and gave an itemized proposal for a new roof. The crew removed the existing shingles down to the wood decking, and replaced any damaged wood decking, and fortified the existing plywood sheathing. Next, KRS proprietary Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield was installed, and  Sealoron XT Deck Tape was applied to all plywood seams. KRS proprietary Velora One synthetic underlayment was installed, followed by the metal drip and rake edges. IKO starter and Dynasty architectural shingles were installed with galvanized ring shank nails. Permaboot pipe flashing and copper chimney flashing were installed last, followed by the air vent and ridge shingles completing the roof replacement. Metal edging was installed and signature IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles in Sentinel Slate was placed with HD Galvanized Ring Shank nails. Pipe and chimney flashing were installed and finally the vent, hip, and ridge shingles were installed. The homeowner will be at ease knowing that the house is completely protected from all weather for many years to come.
