Upon arrival, our representative inspected the roof and was able to determine the best choice for this home and homeowner was to install a new roof. Our install team arrived promptly the morning of the installation and set up property protection. Shortly after they began to rip off the existing roof.  By mid-morning our team was taping seams and installing IKO GoldShield Ice and water Shield and IKO RoofGard Cool Grey synthetic underlayment.  After lunch, the new IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles were installed.
