The crew would remove all exterior and existing layers of shingles and replace any rotted or delaminated wood. Then all three Klaus Roofing System underlayments, such as the Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield, Sealoron Deck Tape, and the Velora One Synthetic Underlayment, would be installed to protect the roof during all seasons. Then the chimney would be flashed with copper and the roof vents and attic fans would be adjusted or replaced.
