Our Klaus representative Christopher performed a free roof inspection and gave an itemized proposal for a new roof. The Klaus team arrived and prepared the area with tarps to protect the siding, landscaping, and driveway. Then they removed the old shingles and damaged plywood and replaced it with new wood. Next the 4 layers of the Klaus Roofing System were applied: first the peel and stick ice and water membrane was applied, then all plywood seams were taped with butyl tape, next the synthetic underlayment was adhered to the rest of the deck, and finally the drip and rake edge was installed. Finally Klaus' heavy duty, reinforced shingles are staggered and nailed down with our exclusive ring shank galvanized nails. With the new Klaus roof and a 50 year warranty, the homeowner can now rest easy and stay protected in any weather.
